FAQ

If your project is different, send us the site details for a direct recommendation.

How do I choose between AC and DC charging?+

Start with vehicle dwell time, daily energy need and available site power. AC works well for longer stays; DC supports faster turnaround and higher utilization.

Can charger power be expanded later?+

Selected DC platforms use modular power architecture. Site cabling, switchgear and physical space should also be planned for the target expansion stage.

Which connectors and standards are available?+

Options can include Type 2, CCS2 and GB/T, subject to the selected platform and target market requirements.

Do the chargers support OCPP?+

Connected products can support OCPP-based backend integration. The required version and functions should be confirmed during project configuration.

Can you provide OEM or private-label products?+

Yes. Housing color, logo, interface, language, connector, payment and software options can be reviewed through the OEM and ODM process.

What information is needed for a quotation?+

Provide the country, site type, charger quantity, desired power, connector standard, network requirements and target delivery date.

What support is available after delivery?+

Support can include installation documents, commissioning guidance, remote diagnostics, spare planning and operator training.

Can charging work with solar and battery storage?+

Yes. A site energy strategy can coordinate charger demand with solar generation, storage and transformer limits through load management.
